As you all know by now we have been given a three week extension to the lockdown period here in the UK which may be extended again? So there have been several changes to my diary for this year 2020, Click link below.
One of the changes was my travel to Ireland today 17th April to film my Documentary which would have been available to watch on YouTube early May, However, This will still happen, just at a later date.
It’s been a pretty harrowing time for all of us and to be honest I think cabin fever has begun to hit many of us, I know it’s now beginning to hit me for sure.
I have tried to keep busy in terms of my writing, I’ve been cooking, baking and planning. I have made a list of the things that need doing in the home.
Decorating, planning the layout for my new kitchen and designing book covers for my next two books which are planned for 2021/22.
I will do another blog in the next day or two with a sneak peek of the new book covers, and I will also upload the new cover for my forthcoming book ‘Behind Closed Doors’ Which will be be available to buy on Amazon in Aug 2020.
I will also begin some Podcasts as of next week, (All being well) I have to admit I have been quite lazy in terms of my work, although I’m not sure if it has been that I’m lazy, or just a little scunnered with this Coronavirus?
The first couple of weeks of the virus and all the news surrounding it started to get me down not to mention a little teary from time to time. I then made a conscious decision not to watch the news and only check updates once a day.
By doing that I began to feel so much better and got on with my work but it’s now been too long, not being able to just get in my car and drive to my parents house or just simply go shopping is now taking it’s toll.
So I’ve given myself a good kick up the behind, I’m not very good at listening to myself, so lets see where it takes me!
If there is one good thing to come out of this virus (Which has given us all a wake up call) Is that the things we once took for granted is more precious than we realise, and we definitely need to change our train of thought in the future.
