Feb 24 – Howden Pk Theatre, West Lothian. The Johnny Cash Roadshow

This year prepare for a musical and emotional rollercoaster, unrivalled by any other that truly celebrates the career of a music legend, Johnny Cash. The UK’s No’1 Tribute, fronted by respected singer/songwriter Clive John, re-creates with astounding accuracy and truly captures the essence of what it was like to be at a real Cash show!

Due to unforseen circumstances I was unable to attend this even as well as ‘Dirty Dancing’ below, but will attend those events in the near future…

The show takes the audience from the 1950’s right up to 2002 and all the stops in between. All the greatest hits are included, along with songs from the latest five decades of the man in black’s career. All this accompanied by emotive and evocative screen images.

Feb 26 – Howden Pk Theatre – Dirty Dancing: The tribute show.

Now in its seventh record-breaking year, An Evening of Dirty Dancing: The Tribute Show is a five-star homage to the greatest movie soundtrack of all time.
The original concert celebration of the iconic music from the multi-award winning soundtrack to Dirty Dancing. A high-energy, emotional roller-coaster of an evening with breathtaking choreography and buckets of nostalgia. Includes the classic songs Big Girls Don’t Cry, Hey Baby, Wipeout, Do You Love Me and the Oscar-winning (I’ve Had) The Time of My Life. Put your dancing shoes on and get ready to have the time of your life!

As well as extensive UK tours Bob has performed Neil Diamond’s songs throughout the world including, in 2015, for the American Neil Diamond Fan Club in Nashville and then in Las Vegas in 2016. Following the success of his shows in the US, Bob is featured in the 2015 movie Diamond Mountain, which takes an inside look at the off and on stage trials & tribulations of 13 Neil Diamond Tribute Artists.

A hilarious new musical comedy from the producers of 2016’s smash hit musicals ‘I Will Survive’ and ‘Girls Night OOT!’
Join four pals swiping left and right on their phones as they try to find Mr Right. Featuring songs from the seventies to the modern-day, including Y.M.C.A, I’m Outta Love and Young Hearts Run Free. You gave me your business card and somehow I couldn’t find it again. I would really like to read and support your own work so please do get in touch if poss. My name on facebook is my maiden name but obviously you know me as Angela McCrimmon. If you could private message me I can give you my personal email address so we can communicate that way. Thanks for your kind words at my poetry reading and hope to hear from you soon. Angela x

    1. Thank you Angela and it was my pleasure. I was interested in your journey. I felt very proud of you and all that you have achieved because there are so many individuals out there who feel trapped and unable to move on, with little help from the very people who should be there for them.
I can’t remember if I was able to find you on Facebook, can you please remind me of your maiden name, I can then send you a request and private mail you. Thank you and I hope this message finds you well. B x
