Marriott International has entered into an agreement with Hainan Qianrui Industrial Development to introduce the W Hotels brand to Sanya, a popular tourist destination in China.
The W Sanya, located in Sanya Bay, is set to open in the second quarter of 2028. This move marks Marriott's expansion into the luxury hospitality sector in southern China.
