US leisure travel giant Carnival's Princess Cruises will suspend all Chinese mainland roundtrips this year after its Diamond Princess ship became a quarantine site for thousands of passengers, many of whom have contracted the new coronavirus.
Princess Cruises has not figured out next year's schedules yet, The Paper reported today, citing the California-headquartered firm's statement. This year's halt is a result of the continuous impact of the outbreak and prevention efforts, Chinese news outlet TMTPost reported yesterday.
